People say not to mix business with pleasure, but there’s nothing I love more than entertaining friends and clients here in Cleveland. The plethora of food, restaurants, and celebrity chefs here in Northeast Ohio are not only regionally but nationally recognized. From the LA Times, to Bon Appetit, to Time, people all over the nation rave about our city’s culinary upper-hand. It is important to me to understand who clients are inside and outside of their homes.
Client entertainment is crucial in the business of selling homes, and I’m lucky that it is, because here, in Cleveland, there is plenty of food to go around.
Cleveland has such a vast selection of incredible restaurants, that it’s hard to compile a list of the top 5 places to take clients – but from the atmosphere to the food, these 5 top my list:
This is 1 of 2 Zach Bruell restaurants that make the list. If you know Cleveland, you know the name Zack Bruell. The stunning exposed brick and crisp furniture throughout the restaurant add a relaxed ambiance to your dining experience. L’Albatros’s french cuisine mixed with a laid back atmosphere make for a great night out. With a great outdoor patio and and a wonderful bar, you can’t go wrong with the atmosphere at L’Albatros.
A classic steakhouse with incredible ambiance – Red The Steakhouse has you covered in Downtown Cleveland, the east-side of Cleveland, and even in Miami Beach. Red is the place to see and be seen. Enjoy a great martini and their out-of-this-world filet.
I love to showcase the staple of Chagrin Falls village, the charming Jekyll’s. Jekyll’s has an unbeatable outdoor seating area with a unbeatable view of the falls. This is the perfect go to spot for any east-sider, and the perfect place to take someone thinking about moving to the area.
Everything about Dante screams coolness. I love the atmosphere, the tapas-style menu, the awesome bartenders, everything. Dante is the perfect spot to entertain a group as the menu is set-up for sharing and experiencing more than one plate. If you’re looking for something extra special, have an appetizer and a drink at the restaurant’s lower-level, Ginko, the city’s best sushi bar, hand’s down!
Restaurant 2/2 from my friend, Zach Bruell. Parallax quickly became a Tremont staple, adding to the already attractive character of the neighborhood just outside out downtown. One of the best parts about Parallax is the undefined theme of the menu. It consists mostly of fish, but the different preparations and flares of the dishes are what is intriguing about the restaurant.
